Yoga classes build strength and flexibility of mind and body, and teach you to connect with yourself through breath. In addition to working on my own strength and flexibility as I age, I love working with beginners, pregnant women, seniors, full figures, and people with chronic pain.

I am currently offering private and semi-private sessions. I will evaluate your goals, interests, and abilities and develop a three-class series for you tailored to those goals..
