Scheduling time for one’s self helps move us toward grace, but it is often our lowest priority. When you take care of yourself, you feel more energetic and have more time for others.

The mission of breathing– space is to provide services and incentives that are so nurturing – you will discover that taking care of yourself does not take time, it makes time.
